All postage will be through Australia Post-Straight Line Boots will not be held responsible for any purchase lost in transit, be it on delivery or return.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. (Public Holidays and occasionally a particular side or size may not be available until new stock arrives thus resulting delivery delay).

Returns Policy:

If you wish to return your purchase due to incorrect sizing, please contact us via phone or Email within 7 days of receipt and then return you’re purchase-unused and undamaged-in the original box. Straight Line Boots will return the correct size on receipt of returned goods.

No refund Policy:

Straight Line Boots will not refund any product which has been damaged by: neglect-e.g., allowing sulky to run over, individual or horse to stand on, attempts to remodel, or obvious use after a period of greater than 14 days.

Credit Card Security:

No credit card details are stored by Straight Line Boots. Orders on our website are securely processed by PayPal and Stripe.
